Using this website

This site is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and content may change without notice. You use the site at your own risk.

Services, quotes and engagements

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Any project we take on (web design, development, automation, content or consulting) is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timescales and price. Quotes and indicative timelines (such as "live in as little as 14 days") depend on the specifics of each project and are confirmed in that agreement.

Booking a call

Calls are scheduled through Calendly. Booking a call places you under no obligation, and we're under none until a written agreement is in place.

Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, logos and code on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or security, submitting unlawful, abusive or misleading content through the contact form, or using it in any way that breaches applicable law.

Third-party links and tools

The site uses and links to third-party services (for example Google and Calendly) and may link to other websites. We don't control those services or sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and cookies in our .

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
