This policy explains what personal data we collect through wonderdigital.co.uk, how we use it, and your rights. The data controller is Wonder Digital Services Ltd, Hamilton, Scotland. For any privacy question or request, email hello@wonderdigital.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Contact form:the business name, email address, service interest and message you send us.
  • Booking:if you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and scheduling details to arrange it.
  • Analytics:if you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser) via cookies.
  • Spam protection:Google reCAPTCHA processes limited interaction data to tell humans from bots and protect the contact form.
  • Server logs:our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

How we use it and our legal basis

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange work:on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you, and taking steps to enter into a contract.
  • Analytics:only with your consent, which you give (or decline) via the cookie banner and can change at any time.
  • Security and spam prevention:on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site and form secure.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run these functions on our behalf: Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), Calendly (booking) and our email/hosting provider. Some of these may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@wonderdigital.co.uk.
